FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

The team has extensive experience in handling projects from planning, interaction with communities and other stakeholders to project implementation and completion. This involves the management of projects both on site and head office, collection of project data and preparation of project status reports. Project Status reports are prepared and submitted to the relevant Client or Department on a monthly basis.

This is a very important part of any project implementation. At project kick-off meetings, inductions are done, and safety forms a major part of this. Safety files are compiled by our safety officer with a list of suggested topics. This file is checked on a weekly basis to ensure compliance.
